French Macarons with Salted Caramel Buttercream and Chocolate Glaze

French macarons may seem intimidating, but with the right techniques, they can be successfully made at home. In this hands-on class, you'll learn the step-by-step process for creating beautiful macaron shells with the perfect texture and signature smooth finish. We'll also prepare two delicious fillings: a rich salted caramel buttercream and a decadent chocolate glaze. Throughout the class, we'll discuss essential tips and techniques as well as creative ideas for decorating and presenting your macarons to make them truly stand out. By the end of the class, you'll have the confidence and skills to recreate these elegant French treats for family, friends, and special occasions. Please note that we offer ingredient alternatives for almond, nut, and tree nut allergies. Unfortunately, there is no egg-free option available for this class.
This class will be online via Zoom. You will receive the ingredient list, the complete recipe packet, and the Zoom link at least three days before the class start date. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.

We’ll discuss the 5 things that need to be measured, but usually aren’t: why the #1 thyroid replacement may not be helping you; foods that help or hinder; commonly misunderstood rules of how and when to take thyroid meds; environmental triggers and information you need to discuss with your doctor. Defensive Driving Insurance/Point Reduction Course
with All-Pro Tutoring
This point and insurance reduction program reviews safe driving and accident-avoidance techniques. Upon completion of the class, drivers are eligible for a 10% reduction in their auto insurance and/or up to 4 points removed from their DMV driving record. Drivers may take the course every three years for insurance reduction and every 18 months for point reduction. All drivers listed on an insurance policy are eligible to complete the course. This is a great way to reduce the cost of your auto insurance!
