Bring the rich, bold, and vibrant flavors of North India into your kitchen! In this interactive online class, you will learn to layer flavors using different aromatic spices, fresh herbs, and authentic techniques. Step-by-step guidance will teach you to prepare classic dishes such as butter chicken (Chicken Makhani), flavored rice, and flavored yogurt (raita). You will be able to recreate these authentic flavors at home, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook.
This class will be online via Zoom. You will receive the ingredient list, the complete recipe packet, and the Zoom link at least three days before the class start date. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
