In this interactive online class, you will learn to layer flavors using different aromatic spices, fresh herbs, and authentic techniques.  Step-by-step guidance will teach you to prepare classic dishes such as butter chicken (Chicken Makhani), flavored rice, and flavored yogurt (raita). This class will be online via Zoom. You will receive the ingredient list, the complete recipe packet, and the Zoom link at least three days before the class start date. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
