Participants will focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through low-impact controlled exercises that can be adapted to all fitness levels. Whether you are new to exercise or looking to maintain an active lifestyle, this class provides a welcoming environment to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized. Chairs will be provided for assistance.
Please wear clean, dry sneakers, comfortable clothing, and bring light hand weights (1-5 lb.) and a water bottle to class.

BarreLattes

Experience the perfect blend of barre and Pilates in this energizing, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your entire body. BarreLattes combines the graceful, muscle-sculpting movements of barre with the core-focused principles of Pilates to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Through a series of controlled exercises, participants will build strength, increase endurance, and enhance mobility while engaging the core throughout each session. Come ready to move, stretch, and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and light weights (1-5 lbs.) to class; wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear such as ballet slippers, yoga socks, or clean, dry sneakers.

Cardio Drumming

Get ready to move, groove, and drum your way to better fitness! Cardio Drumming is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines rhythmic drumming with aerobic exercise for a fun and effective fitness experience. Using drumsticks and upbeat music, participants will improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination, balance, and strength while burning calories and relieving stress. No drumming or fitness experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and be ready to have fun. You'll leave each session feeling energized, empowered, and smiling to the beat!
Please wear clean, dry sneakers, comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and water.

Low-Impact Strength and Conditioning
with Alyssa Rohring
This class is designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness without placing excessive stress on the joints. Ideal for anyone interested in learning about strength training, and those who have more experience as well! This class can be modified or advanced as needed. Our course combines controlled resistance training with functional movement patterns and flexibility work. Participants will use body weight exercises, light weights, and other low-impact tools to have a great workout! Emphasis is placed on proper form, breathing, and gradual progression to promote long-term health and injury prevention. You must be able to get up and down from the floor.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, an exercise mat, and a light set of dumbbells ranging from 5-20 lbs. (optional), based on ability, to class.
Recreational Pickleball

Do you love playing pickleball but are tired of unpredictable weather interrupting your pickleball games? Join us indoors for an hour of fun, recreational pickleball each week! This course features a round-robin format, giving players the chance to learn new strategies, meet different opponents, and challenge their current skill level. Whether you're looking to sharpen your game or just get started, we’ll have a dedicated court available for beginners who want to learn the basics. Grab a friend and enjoy a night of active, social fun on the court!
Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring water to class. Pickleball paddles will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Hall Walking
Stay active and healthy—no matter the weather! Join our Hall Walking program and enjoy a safe, comfortable, and social way to get your steps in. Walk at your own pace through our indoor Elementary School hallways, free from ice, heat, or rain. This self-paced program is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Meet new friends, track your progress, and make movement part of your daily routine.
Please wear comfortable clothing and good, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. You may bring a water bottle, or water fountains are available.
Hall walkers must register for each session for security purposes.
There will be no hall walking on 10/12/26 and 11/11/26.
Yoga Foundations: A Beginner’s Interactive Workshop

Curious about yoga but unsure where to begin? This welcoming and interactive workshop is designed specifically for beginners who want to learn more before joining a traditional yoga class. Participants will explore the basics of yoga, including what yoga is (and isn’t), what to expect during a class, the benefits of regular practice, and helpful tips for making your first yoga experience enjoyable and stress-free. Questions are encouraged throughout the workshop in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. The session will conclude with a gentle chair yoga sample class suitable for all abilities. No experience is necessary—just come ready to learn, stretch, and enjoy!
Wear comfortable clothing for stretching; yoga mats are optional.
