Hall Walking

The halls of Wilson Elementary School are open for walking! What better way to exercise than walking! Get out and get active! Whether you enjoy a brisk walk or leisurely stroll, this is the perfect setting
Please wear comfortable clothing and good, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers. You may bring a water bottle, or water fountains are available. This exercise is designed for all ages and levels.
Hall walkers must register for each session for security purposes.
There will be no hall walking on 10/13/25 and 11/26/25.
Gentle Evening Yoga

Unwind and release the stresses of the day with this soothing, slow-paced yoga class designed to relax the body and calm the mind. Gentle Evening Yoga focuses on mindful movement, deep stretching, and breathwork to prepare you for a restful night’s sleep. Each session includes gentle poses, supported stretches, and a guided relaxation to help you let go of tension and restore inner balance. Perfect for all levels, including beginners and those looking for a nurturing, meditative practice. Modifications can be provided for any pose, and we will work together to find the right variation to suit your body.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water to class. The class will not meet on November 26, 2025.
