Yin Yoga + Nidra :Level 1& 2 Yoga
with Erin Gugliuzza

An amazing new style of yoga, slowly done, longer held poses with a deep sense of meditation to embrace at the end of the sequence. This session of yoga offers a longer style of held poses, featuring a variety of floor-based poses that primarily target the hips for improved flexibility and pliability in both the lower and upper extremities. Yin Yoga, like Yoga Nidra, offers a deeper connection to our bodies. It is primarily practiced in the evenings to help expend extra ATP in the muscles from overexertion in sports or repetitive motions in daily activities. Yin Yoga offers numerous benefits, with a long list of advantages, and each class is unique, helping you to open your hips, shoulders, and lower back, while relieving pain and old restrictions, including those in the neck. The key is consistency, which may reduce stress and improve sleep cycles. The classes are designed to help you unwind, unravel, and heal from areas of the body that have been compressed or traumatized either through physical exertion, injury, surgery, verbal/mental burnout, or abuse. Yoga helps in all ways: improves your stamina, vitality, allows rest and recovery while also assisting in strengthening mind, body, and soul balance. It is especially noticeable upon awakening, as you feel a sense of openness, lightness, a higher vibe frequency, and renewed vitality.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, a beach towel, and water to class.
