This unique and exciting program features foundation vocabulary introduced through games, singing, and fun activities. Students are able to compound words and begin forming simple sentences. Early introduction increases the student’s ability to absorb rather than translate the language. This 90-minute class is designed to teach children who are home alone the importance of behaving responsibly. Topics include but are not limited to basic first aid tips, safe ways to answer the phone or door, internet safety, and how to react during a variety of miscellaneous emergencies such as power outages and fires. Knowing when your child is ready to stay home alone is a difficult decision; preparation can make the transition much easier for you and your child.
