Gentle Evening Yoga
with Jessica Senek
This class is for you if you find yourself stressed constantly, haven’t taken a deep breath all day, feel constant aches and pains throughout your body, or crave a moment of peace and stillness. We will spend this hour of yoga moving slowly through sequences of poses that will stretch the body and bring awareness to areas that we may ignore daily. Classes will include different pranayamas (breathing practices) or meditations to provide relaxation beyond our physical body. Yogis of all levels are welcome to attend! Modifications can be provided for any pose and we will work together to find the right modification to suit your skill level.
Please bring a yoga mat and water to class and wear comfortable clothing. The class will not meet on April 16, 2025.
