Poses may include props, alternatives, and enhancements to give each student the benefits they need and desire. Perfect for beginners ready to grow and for intermediate practitioners looking to challenge themselves. Come as you are and move at your own pace—yoga truly is for everyone!
What to Bring & Wear: A yoga mat, any yoga props you like to use (blocks, straps/belts, etc.), comfortable clothing that allows for movement, and water to stay hydrated. You may practice barefoot, or wear shoes or yoga socks—your choice!
YogaBarre

Utilizing principles of yoga, ballet, barre, pilates, strength training, and dance allows for the complete integration of fitness modalities for well-being. Empower your body and mind with this 30-minute YogaBarre hybrid workout. This class will leave you feeling deeply invigorated, energized, and grounded.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and light weights to class, and wear comfortable clothing.
ZUMBA®

This class is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of a workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Get a full-body workout while forgetting you’re even exercising by joining the Zumba dance party!
Please wear clean, dry sneakers, comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle to class.
