Soothing Skin: Goat Milk Soap Making

Are you interested in learning how to craft your own goat milk soap? Now is your chance! This cold-process goat milk soap-making class is a great entrance into the world of soapmaking. Create skin-loving, decadent goat milk soap using farm-fresh goat's milk!  If you are looking for a soap that is not harsh and keeps your skin healthy, then join us in making your own goat milk soap. Goat milk soap is known for being a gentle cleanser, rich in nutrients, with a natural exfoliant. In this hands-on class, you will be educated on the oils and butter you can use, and your instructor will guide you in customizing your soap. You will use pure and skin-healthy products and will have a selection of scents and color options to tailor your soap to your personality. You will create 4 bars of handmade soap, which will be cured after class and will be ready just in time for holiday gift-giving, or for you to enjoy yourself.

Materials are included with the course fee.  Please bring safety goggles to class.

You will be guided through all the steps of creating your own pysanky, emphasizing proper technique and encouraging individualized, creative designs. This class will allow participants to create a pysanky of their own while learning about the history and tradition behind the eggs. No experience is necessary. 

All supplies are provided. Please bring a container to take your egg home in.
