Switch things up this Thanksgiving by adding a classic to your dessert lineup. Join us and satisfy your sweet tooth as we indulge in making a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for a simply delicious dessert. Sugar, spice, and everything nice – that’s what this carrot cake is made of! You will learn step-by-step how to create a "bakery-worthy" carrot cake. In this class, you will learn tips to bake a perfect, delicious, carrot cake that is full of goodies;  yummy cream cheese frosting that pairs well with the cake; and frosting techniques for the classic carrot cake look. This class is designed for both newbies and experienced bakers. You will add this carrot cake to your recipe box in no time. It is perfect for birthdays, holidays, or any day that needs a delicious cake! Have fun and impress your friends and family with this delicious dessert!  You will take home the cake you make in class and box it up safely for transporting home.

A materials fee of $10 is due to the instructor on the first day of class.

Please bring a baking pan - either a bundt pan or 9" x 13" baking pan and a container to take your cake home in.
