Instruction covers situational awareness, boundary-setting, and physical skills that use leverage—not strength—to stop or escape an attacker. Participants will practice stance, strikes, releases from common grabs, and strategies to stay calm and decisive under pressure. No prior experience is required—moves are beginner-friendly, adaptable, and focused on prevention first. This empowering seminar is designed to build confidence, increase personal safety, and help every participant walk away feeling stronger and more prepared. Be ready to practice in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to class.
