You will learn charcuterie essentials such as selecting meats, cheeses, and accompaniments; creative skull design, including shaping and arranging ingredients onto a skull shape; decorating with eerie elegance and incorporating spooky-themed touches; and plating and presentation with tips for a show-stopping centerpiece. At the end of this workshop, you'll bring home your edible work of art.
