Gentle Evening Yoga focuses on mindful movement, deep stretching, and breathwork to prepare you for a restful night’s sleep. Each session includes gentle poses, supported stretches, and a guided relaxation to help you let go of tension and restore inner balance. Perfect for all levels, including beginners and those looking for a nurturing, meditative practice. Modifications can be provided for any pose, and we will work together to find the right variation to suit your body.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water to class. The class will not meet on 4/9/26.
