Get ready to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize from the inside out! Down to the Core is a dynamic workout that targets your abdominals, obliques, lower back, and hips while engaging your entire body. Using light weights and controlled movements— you’ll build functional core strength, improve posture, and enhance balance — all without heavy lifting in a welcoming, supportive environment. This class focuses on functional movement and is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to add variety to your routine, you’ll leave feeling stronger, centered, and more confident in your everyday activities.
Please wear clean, dry sneakers, comfortable clothing, and bring: a mat, light hand weights (2–5 lbs), and water. The class will not meet on 1/19/26 and 2/16/26.
