In this hands-on workshop, your instructor will teach you how to make pretzel dough and different dough kneading and knot techniques for shaping, baking, and serving. But that’s not all; we’ll take it a step further as we explore sweet and savory variations, stuffed pretzels, and pretzel rolls! Whether you’re a fan of the classic butter and salt combo or prefer the sweet allure of cinnamon sugar, we’ve got your pretzel cravings covered. Each student will leave class with a dozen soft pretzels to take home.
A materials fee of $10 is due to the instructor on the first day of class.
Please bring a container to take your pretzels home in.
