Enter a world of sweetness and creativity with this cake-decorating class! Whether you’re a beginner, a baking enthusiast, or celebrating with your special one, this class is designed for everyone. From beginners to budding pastry artists, our expert instructor will guide you through every step, ensuring a delightful and hands-on experience. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals you need to create any special occasion cake, from whimsical to beautiful. You will learn when and how to use different consistencies of buttercream icing, transferring patterns, shell borders, star fill techniques, drop flowers, rosettes, pompom flowers, and more along with how to arrange your design, how to level, cut, fill and frost a pre-made 6” cake. You’ll learn the importance of texture and the temperament of icings, how to avoid cake catastrophes, and ways to fix them and still keep your cake looking perfect. Equip yourself with essential skills, unleash your creativity, and embark on a delectable journey with us. 

A materials fee of $20 is due to the instructor on the first day of class.

Please bring a pastry bag and tips to class and a container to take your cake home in.
