Join us for a fun and engaging culinary experience that brings the authentic tastes of Vietnam right into your kitchen. Embrace the light, fresh, and vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, celebrated for its aromatic herbs, crisp vegetables, and flavorful dipping sauces. In this interactive online cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare two beloved Vietnamese dishes from scratch. We will begin by making fresh Vietnamese spring rolls, filled with wholesome ingredients and served with a delicious homemade dipping sauce. Next, we'll prepare a comforting bowl of Vietnamese chicken pho, featuring a fragrant broth, tender chicken, noodles, and traditional garnishes. Along the way, you'll discover the techniques and ingredients that make Vietnamese cooking both healthy and incredibly flavorful.

This class will be online via Zoom. You will receive the ingredient list, the complete recipe packet, and the Zoom link at least three days before the class start date. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
