Designed for fun, fitness, and friendship, our low-impact program brings back the high-energy excitement you loved last season. Rotate through engaging units, including volleyball, table tennis, badminton, pickleball, and archery — all in a supportive, indoor setting perfect for the colder months. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned player, every session emphasizes enjoyment over intensity. All adult age groups are welcome! Come move, laugh, and stay active with a great community. Please wear sneakers, comfortable workout clothing, and bring a water bottle and a good attitude to class! The class will not meet on 12/23/26 or 12/30/26.
